The recall was issued mainly due to problems with rear suspension and transmission control software.

My husband and I moved from Jacksonville to Hawthorne in November 2003. We took our vehicles to the dealer where they were purchased due that we included a maintenance plan which cost extra money of course to keep our vehicles in premium condition. Then we met Tom Williams and his family at TMT Automotive in Interlachen. Even though we had free maintenance we started taking our vehicles to TMT Automotive. He only employee's top notch mechanics that have excellent knowledge to take care of our vehicles from bumper to bumper including tires. In 2017 I lost my husband so I depended on Tom and his family of mechanics to make sure my car stayed in excellent running condition. Every time I have an oil change, Tom makes sure all belts, hoses,filters are in good condition. Also rotates my tires. He goes over and beyond to make sure I will not have any trouble on the road. Their prices are actually lower than the 5 minute oil change places and you get extra services with no extra cost. This family owned company not only are knowledgeable but are so polite to their customers. Taking your vehicle in to TMT does not feel like a chore but like visiting a family of friends.
